摘要
校企联办冠名班是职业教育人才培养的有效途径。在分析冠名班的构建和发展的基础上,探讨冠名班的课程设置、校本教材开发、评价标准和考核方式,明确对冠名班实行双向管理、对冠名班授课的教师采用"走出去——请进来"的师资培养模式,校企深度合作共同实现学校、企业、学生三赢的目的。
College-Enterprise＇s Joint Corporation Entitling Class proves the effective access to vocational talents＇ cultivation.Based on the construction and development of such form,the essay intended to explore its curricula settings,teaching material development,appraisal standard and examining form to confirm and conceive its nourishing mode with mutual management and the teaching staff cultivating mode of ＂sending and inviting＂ to approach the purpose of trio-winning of college,enterprises and students.
