摘要
情感、意志、兴趣、需要、信念等非理性因素在思想政治教育过程中起着重要作用。然而当前的思想政治教育过多的关注学生的知识、技能、思维等的培养,而忽略了学生非理性因素的发挥,这对学生主体能动性的发挥极为不利,而且也降低了思想政治教育的实效性和针对性。所以思想政治教育要想取得良好的效果就必须高度重视学生非理性因素的培养。
Non -rational factors as sentiment, volition, interest, requirement and belief execute crucial role in ideological education, yet the current education excessively emphasized and stressed on students' cultivation in acquisition, technique and awareness, ignored exploitation of students' non - rational factors' execution, which proved unfavorable for students initiative and declined ef- ficiency of ideological education, hence to achieve benign effect for ideological education, we must give great priority to the cultivation of students' non -rational factor.
