摘要
基于在HAc-NaAc介质中,以2,2’-联吡啶为活化剂,银(Ⅰ)可灵敏地催化过硫酸铵与邻甲氧基酚的氧化还原显色反应,研究了反应的最佳条件及动力学参数,并对反应机理作了探讨,从而实现了痕量银的催化动力学光度法测定.方法的线性范围为0~1.2mg/L,检测限为8.08×10^(-8)g/L.用于铅锌矿废渣中银的测定,结果满意.
A catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Ag(Ⅰ) based onthe oxidation reaction between ammonium persulfate and o-methoxyphenol in the presence of 2,2'-bipyridine as an activator in HAc-NaAc buffer medium has been developed. The optimum conditions, kinetic parameters and reaction mechanism have been studied. The linear range of determination is 0-1.2 mg/L Ag and the limit of detection for Ag is 8. 08×10-8 g/L. This method has been used todetermine Ag(Ⅰ) in offscums of plumbean-zinc mine with satisfactory results.
