摘要
围食膜是昆虫特有的,由中肠上皮细胞分泌的一层非细胞结构,主要由几丁质与蛋白质构成,是病原体通过肠道进入昆虫体内的第一道屏障。依据其形成的方式分为Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型围食膜。围食膜在中肠生理中起重要作用,可保护中肠上皮免于机械损伤,防止外源微生物的入侵等。围食膜遭受破坏会影响昆虫的正常生长发育,甚至导致死亡。本文就有关围食膜结构、组分、形成特点、功能等方面的研究进展做一综述。
Peritrophic membrane (PM) is a unique structure that lies in the midgut of insects. It is mainly comprised of chitin and protein and serves as the first shield of insects against the invading pathogenic microorganisms. According to their different ways of formation, PM can be divided into peritrophic membrane type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ. PM prevents midgut epithelia from abrasion caused by food particles and pathogen's infections. Any damages to PM may cause serious interference to the growth of insects or even lead to their death. The paper describes the composition and structure of PM, reviews its protein types, formation mechanism and function and discusses the future prospects of PM research.
