富士康员工接连跳楼事件引起各界关注。企业文化是导致员工"过劳跳"的深层次原因之一。富士康原有的刚性文化在新形势下所暴露出其固有的一些缺陷,由刚性到人性将是富士康企业文化创新的必然趋势。
The incident that .some Foxconn employees jumped from the top of a building one after another is paid close attention to in all circles. This article analyses the deep causes that led the employees to jump. Is the rigid enterprise culture which made great contribution in the pioneering stage is our-of-date? Is it necessary to make some changes? What should be the orientation of the change and how uo make the change if it is needed. This article analyses the shortcoming that Foxconn rigid culture exposes in new situation, pointing out that it is an inexorable trend that Foxconn should change its enterprise culture from a rigid one to a humane one, and put forward some thoughts and suggestions about the construction of a humane enterprise culture.
