摘要
在0.05mol/L(pH6.5)乙二胺-盐酸介质中,聚乙烯酸-124(PVA-124)对锌、镉、铅的电位溶出有显著的增敏作用.当富集60s时,其检出限均达0.6μg/L,线性范围:锌0.6~35μg/L,镉0.6~45μg/L,铅0.6~50μg/L.标准加入回收率为92.4%~110%.RSD(n=4)<7.0%.用同位镀汞法测定水样和食品中微量锌、镉和铅,方法简便、快速、准确.
It was found that the polyvinyl alcohol-124 (PVA-124) could enhance the potential stripping response of zinc, cadimum and lead in the media of 0.05 mol/L ethylenediamine-hydrochloric acid (pH6.5). When the deposit time is 60 second at - 1.50 V(vs. SCE), the detection limit is 0.6μg/L. Thelinear relationship is in the range of 0.6-35μg/L, 0.6-45μg/L and 0.6~50μg/L for zinc, cadimumand lead respectively. The recoveries were 92.4%-110%. The relative stardard deviation was < 7.0%for 4 determination of different kinds of food and drink water. The method is simple, fast and accurate.
