Translation of Chinese Classics into English:Dilemma and Solution

国内学者指出典籍英译存在的两个问题是:典籍译者和典籍学者的两张皮现象;汉语文化圈和英语文化圈有关典籍互译的差异问题。总的来说,这是典籍英译的一个困境。而典籍英译与典籍研究论著的英译同步,在一定程度上可以解决两张皮和文化差异问题。

Some domestic .scholars have put forward two problem＇s in the translation of Chinese classics, one is mismatch problem of translator and scholar of Chinese classics; the other one is the difference between Chinese Cultural Circle and English Cultural Circle. In short, this is a dilemma for the translation of Chinese classics. This thesis suggests one solution to these two problems, the translation of classics ought to coordinate the translation of the research works of classics, which can resolve these two problems efficiently.
