Employment training support system of landless peasants

以西安城郊失地农民316人为调查样本,对失地农民就业培训现状进行了分析。分析认为,失地农民就业培训状况不容乐观;在此基础上,提出了失地农民就业培训支持系统构建的思路,并从就业培训准备支持、就业培训实施支持、就业培训服务支持3个方面构建了失地农民就业培训支持系统。

This paper takes the 316 landless peasants in Xi＇an suburbs as the sample for survey and analysis of the employment training situation. The authors find that employment training conditions of landless peasants are not optimistic.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes the ideas of employment and training support system for landless peasants,and establishes the employment training support system of landless peasants from the aspects of training preparation,training implementation and training services.
