摘要
微波萃取牙膏样品中的二甘醇,用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用法测定其含量,建立了一个测定牙膏中二甘醇含量的快速、准确方法,并对二甘醇的微波萃取条件进行了优化。优化后的分析条件为,萃取时间20min,萃取溶剂乙醇,萃取温度120oC。方法的检出限0.4mg/L,线性范围1mg/L^500mg/L,相关系数为0.9992,相对标准偏差为3.22%,样品加标回收率93%~105%。
A rapid and accurate method was developed for the analysis of diethylene glycol in tooth-pastes.Diethylene glycol was extracted from toothpastes and analyzed by GC/MS with microwave extraction.The effects of extraction conditions were investigated and the optimized analytical conditions are as follows: extraction time,solvent and temperature was selected as 20min,ethanol and 120oC,respectively.The method detection limit of is 0.4 mg/ L in range of 1mg/ L^500mg/ L,relative standard deviation was 3.22%,and the spiked standard recoveries were between 93%~105%.
