公安机关与社会层面长期接触和直接摩擦,决定了其必然成为网络社会关注的焦点。相对于其他政府部门,公安机关的执法行为更容易引发网络舆论危机,若应对不力就会使公安机关的公信力面临质疑,从而给社会稳定造成严重威胁。因此,公安机关只有正视网络舆情危机,并且采取有效措施予以应对,才能有效化解危机,重塑自身良好形象。

The public security department directly contacts social aspect,which decided it inevitably becomes the focus in online society.Compared with other departments of government,the public security department is easily leading to a network of crisis.If the public security misconducts,this kind of crisis will raise a question of credibility and become a serious threat to social stability.Therefore,public security department has to face network crisis,and take effective measures to cope with it.
