摘要
针对社会中公务员的招聘情况,应用层次分析法比较、分析,得出招聘部门对各应聘人员的满意度排序、应聘人员对各招聘部门的满意度排序.用0—1整数规划确定各种条件下的分配方案,把优选出来的人员安排到最能发挥其长处的地方.公务员招聘的最优方案所建立的数学模型和运用的方法,对进一步改进公务员招聘的运行程序和考核指标具有一定的实用价值和参考意义.
Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) is used for comparison and analysis based on the recruitment of public servants.AHP results in a satisfaction rank of the candidates on the part of the recruiting departments as well as a rank of the departments in the eyes of the candidates.0—1 integer programming is used for personnel distribution.The mathematical model designed for an optimum plan of recruiting public servants is valuable and significant for improving the procedure of employment and assessment of public officials.
