摘要
分析橡胶所刺激剂中试工厂现状、存在的主要问题及原因,从专业人员、制度建设、机械设备等方面提出了提高中试工厂产能的具体措施。
Measures on the aspects of professional staff, system construction and machinery are put forward to increase the production capacity of stimulant pilot plant of the Rubber Institute on the basis of analyzing the current situation, existing problems and relevant reasons of the pilot plant. These measures are also references for other pilot plants of scientific research units.
