摘要
在分析ITO人才知识结构的基础上,从专业方向的开发、"2+3"课程体系的架构、核心课程的设置、学期项目体系的建立、学期项目的管理和软件外包专业人才知识成熟度模型及评测等方面对软件离岸外包人才的培养方案进行设计与实践,使毕业生能够满足ITO产业的需求,实现零公里的就业目标.
On the basis of the analysis of the knowledge structure of talents for offshore software outsourcing service,the paper introduces the development of professional orientation,establishment of"2+3"course system,core subjects,establishment of term project system,management of term project and maturity model and evaluation of talents specialized in software outsourcing service to illustrate the design and practice of cultivation of ITO engineers,who will meet the requirements of ITO industry and achieve their career goals as soon as they graduate.
