关于推进昌平区休闲农业产业升级的思考

Reflections on Boosting Industry Upgrading of Leisure Agriculture in Changping District

近年来,北京市昌平区休闲农业初具规模,但还存在休闲农业规划体系欠完善、品牌意识不强、缺乏文化内涵等问题。今后昌平区休闲农业的发展还应明确指导思想,明晰发展思路;搞好项目论证,进行科学规划;提高科技含量,打造特色品牌;加速产业升级,实施产业集群战略;强化人员培训,提高服务质量;加强生态环保,实现休闲农业的可持续发展。

In recent years,though the leisure agriculture in Changping District,Beijing,had basically come into being,there were still problems to solve.For example,the planning system needed improvement, farmers lack a sense of brand and little culture could be seen in leisure agriculture.Countermeasures on how to solve the problems were brought up.Firstly,the idea of how to develop leisure agriculture should be clarified,approved and scientifically planned.Secondly,more technology should be involved and a featured brand,created.Thirdly,the industry upgrading should be accelerated and the strategy of industrial clusters, carried out.Fourthly,training should be provided to improve quality service.Lastly,ecological environmental protection should be strengthened to achieve sustainable development of leisure agriculture.
