大学生宿舍人际冲突感、处理方式及其关系的实证研究

Research of Sense of Interpersonal Conflicts in Students' Dormitory,Process Modes and Corelations

本研究试图探讨大学生宿舍人际冲突感和处理方式的现状及其关系。结果表明大学生宿舍中的人际冲突感存在显著的性别差异,冲突感随年级的增长而递减。大学生面对宿舍中的人际冲突,使用最多的处理方式为合作处理,其次是迁就处理和回避以及忍让处理,竞争攻击处理是使用最少的方式。处理方式存在显著的性别差异,随年级增长而递减。整体冲突感各层面与冲突处理方式各层面亦呈现显著正相关。

This paper explores sense of interpersonal conflicts in students＇ dormitories,process modes and corelations.The result indicates the existence of significant gender differences in sense of interpersonal conflicts in students＇ dormitories,and the sense decreases progressively with grade.Facing interpersonal conflicts in dormitories,the process modes which college students use most are cooperating process,secondly yielding and avoiding processes and competition and attack processes are lest used.When students become more mature,the differences will fade away gradually.The positive correlation exists between the whole sense of conflicts and the process modes of conflicts.
