摘要 提高教师教育教学水平,不仅需要制定发展性的教师资格制度;同时还需要更加实际的、贴近教师实践的支持系统和辅助措施。 To improve the teacher's teaching level does not only establish development-oriented teacher qualification system but also needs more realistic and practical supporting systems and assistant measures as well.
