高职院校物资采购管理的对策研究

Study of Strategies of Material Procurement Management in Higher Vocational College

由于物质采购牵涉面广、权利与责任高度交织、多种技术经济因素交互作用,因此采购管理工作具有很大的难度。本文从劳保用品的采购管理实际出发,分析现有工作中存在的问题,总结了相关经验,提出了强化高职院校物资采购管理的几点对策。

Because of the wide range,the close cobination of rights and responsibilities,and the interaction between the varieties of technical economic factors,there are so many difficulties in procurement management.This paper analyzed the existing problems of the practice and experience of the author＇s school in the procurement management of labor insurance supplies field in higher vocational colleges.On this basis,this paper proposed some effective strategies for procurement management in the colleges.
