Discussion of Specification of Counsellors' Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,由于制度的不健全、体制的不完善,我国高职院校辅导员队伍建设和高职学生思想政治教育面临了种种的问题和困难。本文探讨了形成这种困境的原因,提出了制定科学合理的辅导员管理工作规范,为提升高职院校辅导员管理水平,实现可持续发展提供了保障。

In recent years,because of the imperfect systems of higher vocational colleges,the team construction of counsellors＇ and students＇ ideological and political education are facing with all kinds of problems and difficulties.This paper discusses the reasons of this dilemma,and then proposes a viewpoint that higher vocational colleges should formulate the scientific and reasonable specification for counsellors＇ management to provide guarantee to improve counsellors＇ management level and achieve sustainable development.
