我国游泳场馆溺死风险源的识别与管理研究

Study of Identification and Management of Drowning Risk Sources in China's Swimming Complexes

采用文献资料调研法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、现场调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等方法,对游泳场馆溺死风险源的识别与管理问题进行研究,以期为游泳场馆溺死风险管理提供参考。结果表明,游泳场馆溺死风险源包括管理风险、设施设备风险、教员风险、救生员风险和游泳者风险五大类型,每种风险类型由多种风险因素组成。管理者应建立专门管理机构,重视溺死风险源的研究,不断充实和完善溺死风险源监控,实现溺死风险源识别工作的经常化和规范化。

Employing literature research,expert interviews,questionnaires,field investigation,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,etc.,the study looks into the identification and management of the drowning risk sources,in order to supply reference for drowning risk management in the swimming complexes.The results show that drowning risk sources in the swimming complexes include five major types of management risk,facility and equipment risk,instructor risk,lifeguard risk and swimmer risk,while each risk type composes a variety of risk factors.Administers should establish special management agencies,attend to research of drowning risk sources,continuously improve the identification and management of the drowning risk sources and make that regularized and standardized.
