摘要
首次报道采用化学镀法制作银-汞(膜)微环电极,并用于探讨苯醌的循环伏安曲线.还对伏安曲线的性质进行了详细的论述.结果表明:苯酪在Mcllvaine缓冲溶液(pH=7.0)中的还原过程属于单电子可逆反应.根据不同扫描速度时还原波的峰电流值可以计算得到苯醌的扩散系数(D_0)值.n和D_0的测定结果与文献值相一致,所得到的实验结果与理论相符合.
A new method for preparing Ag-Hg(film) microring electrodes (SMRE) by chemical plating is presented and the cyclic voltammetric waves of benzoquinone on SMRE are described in this paper. The properties of the waves have also been studied in detail. It shows that the reduction of benzoquinone in Mcflvaine buffer (pH = 7.0) is a one-electron reversible reaction. From the peak currents of cathodic waves at different scan rates, the diffusion coefficient(Do) can be calculated. The n and Do values determined agree with those obtained by other electrochemical methods found in literatures and the experimental results agree with the theoretical conclusions.
