摘要
研究了10,10′-二甲基-9,9′-双吖啶(DMBA),2,2′-二碳酸基-9,9′-双吖啶二硝酸盐(DSBADN),10,10′-二甲基-2,2′-二磺酸基-9,9′-双吖啶(DMDSBA),及10,10′-二甲基-9,9′-双吖啶二硝酸盐(DMBADN,俗称光泽精)等4种9,9′-双吖啶衍生物的化学发光性质,发现10,10′-二甲基-2,2′-二磺酸基-9,9′-双吖啶的化学发光强度是光泽精的22倍,是迄今为止发光效率最高的一种9,9′-双吖啶类衍生物.讨论了9,9′-双吖啶衍生物的结构与化学发光性质之间的关系,为设计合成新型高发光效率的9,9′-双吖啶类发光剂提供了一定的理论和实验依据.
The chemiluminescent properties of 10,10'-dimethyl-9,9'-biacridine(DMBA) , 2,2'-disulfo-9, 9'-biacridinium dinitrate ( DSBADN) , 10,10'-dimethyl-2, 2'-disulfo-9, 9'-biacridine ( DMDSBA) , 10,10'-dimethyl-9, 9'-biacridinium dinitrate (DMBADN) have been studied. The chemiluminescent intensity of 10,10'-dimethyl-2,2'-disulfo-9,9'-biacridine is the greatest one in the biacridine derivatives obtained so far, its chemiluminescence intensity is 22 time as strong as that of lucigenin. Some relationships between structures and properties of those biacridine derivatives have been discussed.
