摘要
CuNi10Fe合金管具有良好的耐海水腐蚀性能,但焊接时易产生气孔,因此焊接方法与其他钢材不同。文章主要介绍其焊接要求、焊接工艺及其他注意事项,以期对船舶修造企业焊接技术人员起到指导和借鉴作用。
CuNi10Fe alloy involves a different welding technique from other steels with its advantage in corrosion resistance to sea water and the vulnerability of porosity while welding as its disadvantage.In the paper,the welding requirement,techniques,and points for attention are discussed to provide those people concerned with reference.
