高职院校毕业生就业难问题已严重阻碍了高职教育的健康发展。笔者在多年研究与实践的基础上,分析了当前高职毕业生就业难的原因,并对如何有效地开展和推动高职院校的就业指导工作进行了分析和探讨。

The difficulty in graduates＇ employment at vocational colleges has hindered the healthy development of higher vocational education to a large degree.The paper analyzes the major causes of graduates＇ difficulty in employment at present according to the research and practice for many years,and discusses how to carry out and further improve the guide to graduates＇ employment effectively.
