湖北省2009年血吸虫病疫情分析

Evaluation on schistosomiasis control in Hubei Province(2009)

目的掌握2009年湖北省血吸虫病防治工作进展和疫情变化情况,为下一步防治工作提供方向。方法汇总2009年全省防治工作数据,用spss统计软件包建库分析。结果 2009年全省重度流行村大幅转向轻度流行村;急感和突发疫情、人群感染率、耕牛感染率下降;阳性钉螺密度和钉螺感染率下降。结论 2009年通过落实传染源控制措施,全省防治工作取得了明显成效;同时也反映出湖北省流行态势依然严峻,需要继续采取有效的控制措施,才能达到控制血吸虫病疫情目标。

Objective To understand the outcome of schistosmiasis control and the change of schistosmiasis endemic situation in Hubei Province in 2009,so as to plan the further step for the prevention and control of schistosmiasis.Methods The data of prevention and control of schistosmiasis in Hubei Province in 2009 were collected and analyzed with SPSS software.Results In 2009,severe endemic villages changed to mild ones substantially.The incidence of acute schistosmiasis,outbreak,and the infection rate of Schistosoma japonicum in both human population and domestic animal decreased.The density of infection snail and the infection rate of snail also dropped.Conclusions As the result of the implementation of controlling infections source,schistosmiasis control in 2009 was effective,however,the endemic situation is still serious,therefore,further control measures should be taken.
