科学深钻立轴式钻机机上余尺检测方法研究

On the Detection Method of the Remanent Distance of Vertical-type Drilling Rig for Scientific Drilling

立轴式钻机是目前在岩心钻探施工中应用较为广泛的一种钻机,机上余尺的准确、快捷测量对钻探生产意义重大,对立轴式钻机机上余尺的自动快速测量一直是一个难题。作者结合科学钻探项目,提出一种机上余尺的测试方法。该方法充分考虑了钻机钻进过程中的各种状态,并用LABVIEW编写的检测程序对钻机的各种状态做出逻辑判断,能准确自动测量出机上余尺。

Vertical-type drilling rig is widely used in core drilling construction currently.The accurate and fast measurement of the remanent distance of drilling rig is very important to drilling production.The method of automatic and fast measuring with the remanent distance of vertical-type drilling rig has been a difficult question to be dealt with.Combining with scientific drilling project,the author proposed the method of the remanent distance of drilling rig.In this method,kinds of conditions in the process of drilling rig have been fully considered.A testing procedure written with LABVIEW is used to make a logical judgment to all the conditions of the drilling rig and then the remanent distance of drilling rig can be automatically and accurately measured.
