摘要
通过两种用于齿轮碳氮共渗淬火的油类淬火介质的对比试验分析,本文讨论了HSFD分级淬火油的冷却特性对齿轮性能和尺寸变化的影响。结果表明,采用分级淬火油可以减小畸变,可成功地应用于齿轮热处理生产。
Based on comparative and analyzing of two kinds of quenchants oils for carbonitriding quenching of the gears,the influence of the cooling characteristics of the HSFD martempering quenching oils on the properties and dimensions of the gears is discussed.The results show that the martempering quenching oils can decrease the distortion of gears and can be successfully applied to the heat treatment of gears.
