摘要
为了提高多工位转塔式数控车床用冷冲模具的使用寿命,本文就研制的Cr12MoV冷作模具钢,对其组织、硬度和使用寿命进行了分析与研究。结果表明,Cr12MoV钢的回火组织为回火马氏体基体上分布着碳化物和残余奥氏体;随着回火时间2 h,4 h,8 h的延长,Cr12MoV钢硬度逐渐升高;与回火2 h相比,回火8 h材料的使用寿命和耐磨性提高了2~3倍,与进口模具的寿命相当。
In order to improve the die life of multi-station CNC turret lathe,Cr12MoV cold die steel is developed,and the microstructure,hardness and service life are studied and analyzied in this paper.The results indicate that the tempered structure of Cr12MoV steel is distributed carbides and residual austenitein in tempered martensite matrix.With the increase of tempering time 2 h,4 h,8 h,the hardness of Cr12MoV steel increased gradually.Compared with the tempering 2 h,the service life and wear resistance after tempering 8 h are increased 2~3 times,to the same service life of import die.
