摘要
根据夹片的结构特点,设计出基于CKM6125本体的夹片车外锥自动化装置;整个装置由料斗进给装置、整列装置、分离机构、送料机构、卸料机构组成,设计及校核过程进行过详细的运动学参数计算,控制系统采用传感器、气动技术与PLC控制联合实现。通过三维建模及ADMAS运动仿真,验证了方案的可行性。
The device was designed for turning the cone of clip automatically based on CKM6125,which can consists of hopper feeding device,listing device,separating device,feeding device and discharging device.Detail calculation of kinematic parameters was completed on the entire design.Control system was achieved by sensors,pneumatic and PLC control technology.The feasibility of the program was simulated by 3D model and ADMAS.
