摘要
针对热处理电阻炉温度控制具有大滞后、非线性等特点,常规PID控制器难以提高控制精度,无法与PC机进行通信和数据管理。本文选用AVR单片机结合模糊自整定PID控制策略,对热处理电阻炉进行了稳态控制,同时利用MATLAB软件的Simulink模块建立电阻炉的仿真模型,通过实验对比各种算法的温度控制结果,验证了本文算法的有效性和优越性。
The resistance furnace has the characteristics of long time hysteresis and nonlinearity,and is difficult to improve the control accuracy by the conventional PID controller,and can not communicate with the PC,and data management.The resistance furance is steady-state control by a fuzzy self-tuning PID control strategy combined with AVR SCM.And the simulation model of resistance furance is established by Simulink module of MATLAB software.The experiment compared results of different temperature control algorithms show that our PID controller are effective and superior.
