摘要 往复式空压机的故障诊断,通常使用振动法,但由于其机械结构复杂、运动部件多、工作时振动激励源较多,利用振动信号确定故障部位有时比较困难,通过实例具体分析了空压机的故障,介绍了用分析式铁谱仪和工业内窥镜联合监测空压机故障的方法,取得了理想的效果。 Reciprocating compressor is all-purpose power equipment in each producing corporation.It widely used in diversified watercrafts.The fault diagnose generally use vibration test.But the machine is usually very complex because of it composed by many movement-parts.Fault located is also difficult by vibration test because of the vibration factor is complicated.By taking an instance of reciprocating compressor fault to analysis the fault.This paper introduces the reciprocating compressor fault diagnosis by both Analyzed Ferrography and Industry Endoscope.The method acquire perfect effect.
