摘要
针对离合器在微型汽车可靠性道路试验行驶中出现的打滑、烧蚀等故障现象及原因进行研究和分析;通过对离合器与整车分离机构系统的匹配及工艺分析,改进离合分离机构系统的结构设计及离合器结构设计,使离合器故障从根本上得到了解决。
