摘要
冷模实验是研究气流床喷嘴和气化炉结构最直接、有效的手段之一。通过冷模实验的研究,可以为喷嘴、气化炉的结构设计、优化以及放大提供理论基础。本文在总结前人冷模实验,包括单喷嘴雾化、分散特性研究,多喷嘴对撞特性研究以及气化炉内流场、浓度及停留时间分布研究的基础上,提出以后气流床气化冷模实验的潜在研究内容和方向。
Cold form experiment is one of the most effective way to study the structure of the coal burner and gasifier. The results from the cold form experiment can be used in the design, optimization and scale-up of coal burner and gasifier. In this paper, based on the summarization of former cold form experiments, including atomization and disperse of the burner, the impinge characteristic of multiple coal burner and the flow field, concentration and resistance time distribution inside the gasifier, the potential research field and method was proposed.
