摘要
目的分析游仙区食物中毒。方法对游仙区2008-06/2009-12食物中毒事件发生时间、地域、责任单位、致病因素进行归类分析。结果 2008-06/2009-12游仙区共发生食物中毒事件10起,中毒人数112人,无死亡病例;二、三季度为高发季节;中毒责任单位以农村饮食服务单位为主,占总数的60%;中毒致病因素以细菌性食物中毒为主;细菌性食物中毒原因查明率低,仅为40%;亚硝酸盐食物中毒现象较普遍。结论加强农村饮食单位的监管力度,规范亚硝酸盐等食品添加剂的使用、管理是今后工作的重点。
Objective To understand the distribution and identify the causes of the food poisoning events occurred after earthquake in the Youxian district of Mianyang.Methods The analysis on the time distribution, regional distribution, responsible units and pathogens were conducted.Results After the May 12 earthquake,10 food poisoning events occurred in Youxian, which affected 112 people, but no death was reported. The second and third quarters were the peak seasons. The majority of the food poisoning events occurred after dining in rural food services,accounting for 60% of the total. Most food poisonings were caused by bacteria, but the identifying rate of pathogens was only 40%. Food poisoning caused by nitrite was also reported.Conclusion It is necessary to streng then the supervision of rural food service,use food additives,such as nitrite, in a standard way and streng then the management of nitrite.
