摘要
目的分析影响我军陆勤部队平时营养保障能力的关键因素。方法采用德尔菲法,通过专家咨询,系统分析影响我军陆勤部队平时营养保障能力的关键因素。结果在5个一级指标、18个二级指标、77个三级指标中,总部政策与经费支持、军用营养标准、军人营养研究、基层部队食堂人员队伍和食谱制定、营养宣教等为主要影响因素。结论今后应在总部政策与经费支持、军用营养标准、军人营养研究、基层部队食堂人员队伍和食谱制定及营养宣教等环节方面进行探索改革,以进一步提高我军陆勤部队营养保障能力。
Objective To analyze the main factors in nutritional support capacity for ground forces.Methods Using Delphi＇s method,a battery of indices for evaluation were developed and the comments from the experts of nutrition, quartermaster,medical service and intelligence were collected.Results Among 5,18,77 indices for the first,second,and third grade respectively,the nutritional policy,financial support,military nutritional standards,military nutritional research,menu development,and nutrition education were considered by the experts as the main factors in nutritional support capacity for ground forces.Conclusion The nutritional policy,financial support,military nutritional standards,military nutritional research,menu development,and nutrition education should be reformed or improved,so as to enhance the nutritional support capacity for ground forces.
