宝鸡市2009年秋冬季流感监测结果分析

ANALYSIS OF EPIDEMIOLOGIC CHARACTERISTICS OF INFLUENZA IN BAOJI CITY IN 2009 FALL AND WINTER

目的初步分析宝鸡市2009年秋冬季流感监测结果,为完善宝鸡市流感防控策略提供依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制系统＂流感监测信息系统＂与＂甲型H1N1流感信息管理系统＂收集、整理数据,用SPSS 13.0软件处理数据,并进行χ2检验。结果宝鸡市2009年秋冬季流感疫情总体上8月中旬-10月上旬为散发期,10月中旬后处于流行期;流感样病例就诊比例11月中旬达最高峰（22.2%）,至此开始稳定下降,12月底流感样病例就诊比例接近流感流行前水平。流感样病例主要是24岁以下人群,占86.95%;第41~49周流感样病例发病主要人群（5~14岁组,构成比50.7%）较第33~40周发病主要人群（0~4岁组,构成比34.9%）的年龄后移（P〈0.01）;首例甲型H1N1流感病例于第41周流感监测检出;此后,甲型H1N1流感病例检出人数开始明显上升,截止第51周共检出113例。结论 2009年秋冬季宝鸡市季节性流感亚型为甲型H1N1（A/H1N1）流感;流感发病高峰比往年提前2个月,流感样病例主要为5~24岁人群。

Objective To study preliminarily the epidemiologic characteristics of influenza in Baoji City in 2009 fall and winter,so as to provide the basic data for improving the influenza prevention and control in Baoji City.Methods Collecting and re-organizing the data through the ＂Information System of Flu Monitors＂ and ＂Information Management System of Flu（A/H1N1）＂ from Disease Prevention and Control System of China.The Chi-square test was performed to analyse the data.Results In 2009,influenza was sporadic from mid-August to early October,and pandemic after mid-October;the percentage of patients with Influenza-like Illness（ILI） reached the peak（22.15%） in mid-November and hence started to drop stably,approached to the average level of the pre-pandemic in late December.Patients with ILI were mainly found in those under the age of 24（86.95%）;and the peak incidence at the age of 5～14 was 50.7% in the 41st～49th week,which was higher than that at the age of 0～4（34.9%） in the 33rd～40th week（P0.01）.In the 41st week,the first case of influenza（A/H1N1） was detected,hereafter the number of influenza（A/H1N1） cases rose obviously;113 cases of influenza（A/H1N1） were detected by the 51st week.Conclusion In 2009 fall and winter,influenza virus subtype was A/H1N1 in Baoji city;compared with the past three years,the peak of influenza incidence came two months earlier;ILI were mainly found in people at the age of 5 to 24.
