摘要
通过对ACR-g-VC树脂的微观结构及性能进行研究,表明当ACR的含量为6.3%时,共聚树脂的冲击强度为普通PVC树脂的14倍,而拉伸强度仅下降8%,且其他力学性能都有所提高,是适用范围很广的新型高分子合成材料。
The micro-structure and performance of ACR-g-VC resin were researched.When the ACR content is 6.3%,the impact strength of copolymer resin is 14 times of normal resin,but tensile strength only decreased 8%,and other mechanical properties were improved.The copolymer resin had the characteristics of short fusion time,low torque balance,good process-ability,low price and broad scope of application.
