The key points in process operations and safety measures were discussed on the basis of YKSL70-type triple hydrochloric acid synthesis furnace.The improvement of automatic control system was introduced,and the reasons of divice shutdown was analyzed.The importance of divice process operations and hydrogen compressor stability running were emphasized.
