摘要
文章对电热炉温度单片机控制系统的主电路和触发电路进行了设计,详细分析了单片机控制电路的硬件设计。该系统由8031单片机系统、双向晶闸管触发及开关电路、电热炉、温度检测及反馈和A/D转换电路等组成,具有可靠性高、测控精度高、自动化程度高、使用方便等优点。
The electric furnace temperature control system microcontroller main circuit and trigger circuit design,MCU control circuit is analyzed in detail the hardware design.The system consists of 8031 systems,two-way thyristor trigger and switch circuit,electric heaters,temperature testing and feedback,and A,D converter and other components,high reliability,high precision measurement and control,high automation and easy use.
