大学班级人际关系研究——整体网视角

Interpersonal Relationship of College Class:An Overall Network Perspective

班级是学生进行学习、生活的基本场所和学校实施教育、管理的基层组织。班级人际关系是指班集体中同学之间在学习与生活中建立的相互关系。良好的班级人际关系是班级团结的纽带,是学生个性形成和发展的影响源,也是学校对学生进行社会化、提高教育活动效果的重要手段。本文运用整体网分析方法,从强关系、弱关系两个角度对一个大二本科班级的人际关系进行实证性分析,以借此探讨实现班级管理科学化,建构良好的班级人际关系的途径。

Class is the basic place where students learn and live and the grass-roots organization where the basic education and management are implemented by universities. Interpersonal relationship in the class refers to the relationship established between students of the collective class in their study and daily life. A sound interpersonal relationship in class is the tie of unity and the influential factor of students’ personality formation and development. It is also an important means in making students socialize and improving the effectiveness of educational activities. By means of overall network analysis and from the perspective of strong and weak relationship,the paper adopts empirical method to analyze the interpersonal relationship in a class of sophomore undergraduates in order to figure out the approaches to achieving a scientific management of class and constructing a sound interpersonal relationship.
