Review and Prospect of Study on Virtual Water and Virtual Water Trade

对国内外有关虚拟水、虚拟水贸易问题等方面进行了综述,在此基础上建议我国应推行区域虚拟水贸易战略解决区域的水安全问题,保障区域经济协调发展,指出我国实行区域虚拟水战略迫切需要研究和解决的问题。

Virtual water is an expansion of the real water resources conception in the society. It is one of the hot topics at present.This paper summarizes the progress of studies on the theory and method of virtual water and virtual water trade both at home and abroad. This paper proposes promoting regional virtual water trade to improve the allocation of the water resources status in China. It also demonstrates the key point of research on regional virtual water trade in future.
