摘要
基于人机工程学的相关原理及设计准则,分析了电动工具使用过程"手/柄"的人机交互和人体手掌的形态与功能特征,采用实际案例对电动木工雕刻机的手柄可用性作了研究.设计了手柄的多个造型方案,通过可用性的测试与评估,从中确定最佳方案.
According to ergonomic principles and design guidelines,the human-machine interaction between the hand and the handle in using process of electric tool was analyzed.The shape of human palm and its function characteristics were studied.Based on the practical case,the usability of the handle of wood-carving machine was researched and a variety of handle models were designed.Then,through the usability testing and evaluation,the optimum solution was determined.
