摘要
介绍了名义损伤的基本概念及关联用户用途的试车技术基本原理。通过目标用户调研,建立了90%用户用途目标。分别对试验场和用户道路的载荷谱进行了实车采集,通过名义损伤的对比,建立了试验场道路与用户道路的当量关系。基于特定车型的用户用途目标,对现有的试车规范进行了改进,改进后的试车规范能够较好地符合目标用户的实际使用情况。
The concept of pseudo damage and the principle of automobile test technology related usage purpose were introduced. The 90% usage target was established by investigation. Loading data were collected in proving ground and real road respectively, and the equivalent relation of proving ground and real road was calculated using pseudo damage. The test specification, which is more according with actual operation, was improved based on usage target of given vehicle type.
