Taking car industry as background, this paper analyzes the current conditions and requirements of Auto Parts Price-Volume, puts forward main modules of price-volume system and designs the integrated management information system of price-volume system. The system achieves automatic monitoring price trends and profit and loss space for parts firm, can monitor and guide the purchase costs of current parts, helps controlling costs, carries out data information sharing, and provides important references for company＇s purchase strategy decision.
