Brushless DC Motor Drive Based On XC866

设计了一种基于XC866单片机的无刷直流电机驱动器。控制器以XC866单片机为核心,通过A/D输入和开关量输入,对电压信号和霍尔信号进行检测,根据控制模式产生PWM斩波信号。控制器具有过流保护的功能,与传统的专用控制芯片相比,控制的安全性、灵活性和舒适性有了很大提高。

This paper presents a brushless DC motor drive system based on the XC866 microcontroller. The MCU （ Microprocessor Control Unit） uses XC866 as a core controller, and produces PWM chopping signal under the control mode after measuring the voltage and hall signal through the A/D input and digital input. The controller possesses over-current function. Compared to traditional dedicated control chip, it has greatly improved security, flexibility and comfort.
