乳状液膜法分离富集锌(Ⅱ)

摘要 报道了用乳状液膜法分离锌离子的研究.在此分离体系中,采用失水山梨醇单油酸酯(span80)十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)为表面活性剂,磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为流动载体,氨水为内相试剂.详细讨论了乳水混合时间、表面活性剂浓度、内相试剂浓度以及乳水体积比对分离效果的影响,确定了锌(Ⅱ)的最佳分离富集条件为乳水混合时间10 min、内相NH_3浓度0.6 mol/L、span80浓度5%、乳水体积比0.25,在此条件下,锌(Ⅱ)的去除率可高于95%. The separation and enrichment of zinc (Ⅱ) using liquid membrane system has been studied. In the system, sorbitan monooleate(span80)-sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS) was used as a surfactant, tributylphosphate (TBP) as a carrier, kerosene as a membrane solvent, ammonia as an internal phase reagent. The effect of the mixing time of emulsion and water,the concentration of surfactant and internal phase reagent,the volume ratio of milk to water have been discussed in detail. The optimum conditions for the separation and enrichment of zinc (Ⅱ) were that mixing time of emulsion and water was 10 min,the concentration of NH3 in internal phase was 0. 6 mol/L,the concentration of span80 was 5 % ,the volume ratio of milk to water was 0. 25. Under these conditions, the percentage of the removal of zinc(Ⅱ) was over 95 %.
