头皮套管针的留置时间及其影响因素分析

Analysis of Influence Factors and Using Time of INTIMA Needle Catheter.

通过１２５ 例头皮套管针的使用，观察套管针的留置时间并探讨其影响因素。结果表明，６８ ％ 的患者可置管５ 天。影响留置时间的原因主要是静脉炎的发生，而导致静脉炎发生的原因是置管部位的不同和输注高分子液体，与患者的年龄、性别、换药方式、封管次数、抗生素的使用无关。另外，穿刺技术不熟练、封管方法不正确、患者自身疾病如血液动力学的改变、血管通透性的增加等因素均有可能导致液体渗漏、导管堵塞或脱出而致置管失败。建议使用头皮套管针的时候注意选择合适的血管，正确调节输液速度，同时加强静脉穿刺技术的管理，减少静脉炎的发生，延长置管时间。

This article reported our clinical experience of using INTIMA needle catheter.The result showed that the catheter could be used 5 days in 68% of 125 patients.The main inference to the result is phlebitis.However,phlebitis was caused by the positions of IV injection and concentration of liquid drugs.It was not linked with factors including age,sex,the method of dressing,times of enveloping venous and using anti-bacteria.In additional,nursing skill and the kind of disorder such as the change of blood dynamics and increase of vascular permeability could shorten using time.We suggest that:(1)choose right vein and accommodate appropriate transfusion speed.(2)improve the nursing technique and prevent occurring phlebitis to prologn using time.
