高职院校的管理队伍和师资队伍是"鸟之两翼"、"车之两轮"。高职院校的工作能否全面快速地发展,管理队伍的建设不容忽视。文章就高职院校管理队伍建设目前存在的问题,提出了加强高职院校管理队伍建设的设想和建议。

The management team and teaching staff are ＂the wings of bird＂ and ＂the two wheels of automobile＂ in the higher vocational schools.The management team construction is indispensable,which determines the fast development of schools.This paper presents the suggestions to strengthen the construction of the management team in higher vocational schools through the existing problems.
