Asymmetry Information Phenomenon of Teaching Management in Colleges

高校教学管理中,不同的管理环节和不同的管理层面之间普遍存在着信息不对称现象,这给教学管理带来一定的风险。该文通过对教学管理中信息源占有不同、教学管理者处理信息能力的差异和教学管理业务信息具有私人信息特征等信息不对称现象的成因,探讨了规避高校教学管理信息不对称的途径。

Asymmetry information phenomena exist in different teaching management links and different teaching management aspects in colleges,which cause certain risks.This paper analyzes the reasons of asymmetry information phenomena such as different source of information,different abilities of managing information.And it puts forward some ways of avoiding asymmetry information phenomena to improve the efficiency of management.
