因校制宜,加强民族地区中小学校园文化建设——贵州省从江县中小学校园文化建设调查

Reinforcing Cultural Construction in the Ethnic Minority Area in Accord with the Schools ——An Investigation of Cultural Construction in Middle and Primary Schools in Congjiang County,Guizhou Province

全球化和现代化大潮的冲击,导致了少数民族的民族特色、民族文化的消解和逐渐丧失。少数民族的文化生存状况面临着严峻的挑战,文化传承面临着诸多的困境。民族学校不仅担负着传授知识的责任,而且还要肩负起传承民族文化的任务,所以加强民族学校校园文化建设很有必要。由于民族学生的双重身份,学校要培养的目标是:一方面要回归本民族地区生活;另一方面要走出民族地区,融入和适应现代社会的生活。本文主要论述了民族地区加强校园文化建设的意义,并结合民族地区实际情况提出了加强民族地区中小学校园文化建设的方法和对策。

With the development of globalization and modernization,the features of ethnic minority have decreased.Because there are many difficulties in the existing and inheriting the ethnic minority culture,schools of nationalities are responsible for inheriting the knowledge.And culture and reinforcing the cultural construction are very important.Schools of nationalities should pay attention to two objectives in fostering the students;one is to return to the local ethnic minority area,and the other is to collect modern life with the local life.This paper focuses on the importance of reinforcing the cultural construction and puts forwards some ways and strategies of cultural construction in middle and primary schools.
