对高职院校英语学科教材改革的探讨

A Study on the Reform of English Textbook in Higher Vocational Colleges

社会的需求促使高职院校外语人才培养的观念与模式发生快速转变。外语人才需求多元化是市场经济发展的必然趋势和结果。高职院校要培养出应用型、复合型、多层次、高素质、创新型的外语人才势在必行。本文以成都纺织高等专科学校英语教材改革的实例,探讨了高职高专学校从传统的《大学英语》迈向《职业英语》的改革之路,同时通过对高职院校教材现状分析,提出了高职高专教材编写与开发的构想。

The social needs for language talent prompts the rapid change of language talent training modes and concept in higher vocational colleges.The demand diversity for talents with foreign language is an inevitable trend and the results with the market economical development.It is imperative for higher vocational colleges to cultivate application-oriented,complex,multi-level and high-quality and innovative talent.Taking the English textbook reform in Chengdu Textile College as an example,the paper focuses on the foreign language teaching reform of higher vocational college from traditional College English to the reform of Career English.At the same time,the author analyses the present textbook problems for higher vocational college students,and putts forward some suggestion,ideas etc.to develop and compile appropriate textbooks for higher vocational students.
